PNX started to establish a business in pursuit of “building a bridge between software research and application”.

PNX was founded in 1998 & has been providing IT infrastructure & software solutions for many global companies. In year 2002-2003, we became the unique distributor & service provider of VMWare & Redhat in China market.
In 2005, our software department became the independent company & focusing on the software solutions for our customers.
In 2006, acquired investment from TianYi investment group.
In 2006, PNX provided channel solutions for China’s transnational enterprises based on its rich experience in ERP.
In 2007, with its ticketing system solution, it was rated as No. 1 ticket system provider in China which provided ticketing systems for a great number of large-scale performances such as Tennis Masters Cup, Shanghai ATP Masters and film festival etc. and 90% of the venues.
In 2009, PNX provided the global leading solution of photograph and image with customers all over the world.
In 2007, the PNX brand of 5Dfly photograph consumer software became the best-seller all over the world.
In 2009, PNX’s image ERP software provided professional image management services for over 300 photographic studios and 200 workshops with the largest scale in China.
In 2010, PNX accumulated lots of customers and provided a great number of international enterprises and Chinese enterprises with global e-commerce and website systems.
In 2014, HP cooperated with PNX, which vigorously expanded the professional printing market of the former through software solutions in the professional graphic communication industry.
In 2012-2015, has been providing high-end e-commerce solutions for global customers like PayPal & Thermofisher.
In 2015-2019, Became the preferred vendor of multiple global companies like Thermofisher, AkzoNobel etc.
2018年-2022年 – Working with Fudan University & Shanghai JiaoTong Uninversity, has been providing comprehensive MR surgery simulation solutions
